The Sphera method
Sphera is not a guarantee of truth. It is a structured way to ask better questions and make uncertainty visible.
1. Formulate
State the question, the context, the decision involved and what you really want to understand. Avoid hiding several questions inside one sentence.
2. Connect
Look beyond the immediate effect. Consider people, inequalities, resources, energy, climate, biodiversity, other living beings and the long term.
3. Check
Ask the Gem to separate facts, assumptions and interpretations. Request dated, independent and verifiable sources. Check the sources yourself.
4. Remain explicit about limits
A generated answer can be incomplete, approximate or wrong. It cannot replace professional advice, primary evidence or human responsibility.
